Breakfast wasn?t bad

Parking is terrible. Had to park off the property 2 of the 4 night stay. Also put us in a room that the shower floor was not sloping enough to drain the water. They moved us to another room.

Our best stay in the Philippines! The best and staff so far!Everyone was super professional, and the hotel was comfortable, secure, and clean.

The only detail we didn't like was that the breakfast provided only Filipino cuisine.It would be a good idea to also offer some Western dishes, as most Western tourists can't eat rice and sweet foods every day.

Quiet, comfortable place, deserving of 4 stars

No available boutique nor small shop to buy souvenirs

The breakfast. Also, the attendant went to move my back pack which contained 3 laptops in it when I had advised him that I would bring that myself due to valuables inside. Nevertheless, he tried to pick it up off the checked bag I had rested it on and dropped it, damaging 1 of the 3 computers. I It took me an hour and a half to have the manager construct an incident report that stated it was an accident and the hotel has no responsibility for the computer that was damaged although I showed them the damage and took pictures. So my advice would to be careful with any of the attendants handling your luggage or backpacks with anything valuable in them. I usually never remove my backpack, but unfortunately I did this one time to sign paperwork at the desk.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the mall, convenience stores, and restaurants. The room was also very comfortable. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Subic Bay.

I would like to clarify how the housekeeping service works. I requested a duvet change, but I believe there was a misunderstanding, the staff only took the trash and provided fresh towels and water. As a result, I’ve been using the same duvet for 5 nights. I didn’t want to bother them again, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Front desk staff were very nice. Nice pool in the upper deck, stylish lobby atmosphere. Room and bathroom size was Ok.

We stayed at room 904. Paper thin walls. I had the most unpleasant sleep ever in a hotel. Could the building materials be that bad or was it the design? You could hear doors outsode closing, noisy footsteps above our floor until past 1am (I complained about this at midnight but the footsteps continued) , cars passing by EVEN if we were already on the 9th floor..geez get a better sliding door that is soundproof!Breakfast coffee at the cafe tasted so bad...really sorry but it really tasted horrible!The bed and pillows were big but just wasn't that relaxing..can't explain why maybe the material or quality was so-so.

Close to what I wanted to go. Staff exceptional and professional, very pleasant.

The one thing although not a big issue is maybe a more choices for breakfast.

All of it! The ambiance and location and the services.

The hotel staff are very accommodating, we only have to stay for the day to rest before we travel back to Manila. They extended some provisions since we are not availing the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast buffet is ok. Service staff not friendly. They didn’t checked on you after the food was delivered until we finished. We had to get another staff to give us our check. We also didn’t get the item we ordered but is charged for it. No apology whatsoever just a gaze.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon checkout, the front desk falsely accused us of stealing bathroom items (bathrobe)and even made us open all our suitcases, which was humiliating. My kids and I also got numerous insect bites, showing poor cleanliness. The gym and swimming pool had no signage, making them confusing and unsafe. Extremely disappointing experience—would not recommend! Overall, the management needs to improve customer service and maintenance. Beware make sure upon checking in count everything or take picture.

Attentive and friendly staff, great location, decent breakfast, ample parking and bed was comfortable.

Safety deposit box is not functional. Didn’t work. Noticed that outside glass doors/windows by the elevator needed cleaning. The hotel still being new needed better cleaning.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the restaurant/bar in the lobby is very nice.

The spa is not actually attached to the hotel, but just around the corner. There are better spa options available in the city, but the hotel doesn't really run the spa.

We are in the Philippines. Surprisingly they don't offer the local bread roll that the Philippines was known for, the pandesal.

The amenities especially the pool. The location is also great. They also gave my son a cake for his birthday ?

The breakfast buffet is not as diverse.

Brand new. Few meters from the mall, remy field, restaurants.

Staff at the restaurant were loud. Singing in the hallways not knowing they could be heard.Food and service at the restaurant was excellent
